  Seth Jai Parkash Ji, a renowned entrepreneur and entrepreneur from North India, has been the inspiration for the establishment of Seth Jai Parkash College, Damla, Yamuna Nagar. When this polytechnic was founded around 1980, it offered certificate programmes throughout radio and television technology as well as library sciences.    During 1983, the very initial  Chemical Engineering   degree programme was launched. With effect from April 1, 1990, this polytechnic's status changed to grant-in-aid.
